Foundations: Postpartum Workshop for the Athlete

This three part workshop is intended to be taken postpartum and participation in other workshop is highly recommended. Maximum of 8 participants.

Our program is specifically designed to you the unique needs of the athletic mom and progressing you to a new normal in your body. We’re here for all exercise aspects of the birth journey and our instructors are well versed for pregnancy and postpartum. Through pregnancy we minimize issues like pelvic floor tension and low back pain while building confidence and strength to empower the birth process. We’re also here to assist in postpartum recovery and strength, improving diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, overall posture, and getting all mothers back to their athletic endeavors.
