The Town Athletics Track Club

The TTA Track Club was founded to coach adults and teens (entering their junior and senior year of high school and beyond) pursuing their track and field goals from sprinting and running to jumping and throwing. We are knowledgeable in bringing out your athletic potential by working on speed, power, strength, and technique. We do more than just write a training plan. We build a distinct plan that is specific to your goals, form, and personality. The TTA coaches spend considerable time getting to know their athletes and creating a holistic approach that keeps them pursuing their goals. We meet every Sunday for speed training and on Tuesday for threshold training. There is a monthly plan option too. Both sessions take place at the Laney College Track facility. Please note, the track facility is only available for TTA-TC training. Individuals will not be allowed to do their own training at the track during the time the track club is meeting.
